Port 68 is port for BOOTP protocol.
This port should be normally closed on windows machine.
You can check if this sport open by using porttester and
specifying localhost as computername and 68 as port.
Port tester should return Port Not Available otherwise you have
to check computer with antivirus software , becase some backdoors may use this port.
